Resolved - The update has been completed, and our team has confirmed that SMS services are now back to normal operations in APAC. This incident has been resolved.

Identified - The team is in the process of rolling out a new update as we need to update a new endpoint for sending our SMS in APAC.

Investigating - We have identified an issue with the SMS Tool that is preventing our customers in the APAC region from sending SMS messages. The issue has been reported to our vendor, and we are currently waiting for mitigation action on their end.

Scheduled - We are constantly working to keep our infrastructure up to date. To that end we will be performing maintenance on the APSIS One platform. This may affect you according to the details provided below.

The maintenance for EU region will start on 2024-07-10 at 17:00 CEST and is scheduled to be done by 21:00 CEST
The maintenance for Asia region will start on 2024-07-09 at 17:00 HKT and is scheduled to be done by 21:00 HKT

During the maintenance the following APSIS One features will stop working:
- Managing account users and changing passwords API key management
- Creating new activities like Emails, SMS, Marketing Automation flows, Events, Forms, Websites
- Activating paused activities
- Enabling or disabling Integrations

There’s also a slight impact on your integrations with APSIS One API. The following endpoints respond with HTTP 503 Service Unavailable:
- Profile Import
- Profile Import (version 2)
- Email Event Export

Usually, the integration code retries the calls with a significant delay when met with this kind of response, so in majority of cases your integrations against these APSIS One API endpoints should resume normal operation when the maintenance completes.

For the duration of this maintenance window, you can still browse APSIS One app and edit the existing activities.

All scheduled Email and SMS sendings will be sent according to their schedule. This also pertains to the ones scheduled for the duration of this maintenance window.

All APSIS One API integration features except for the ones listed above remain operational.

Consider the above limitations and plan your work accordingly. You can schedule sendings in advance if they need to be sent during this maintenance period.
