Identified - We are scaling up machines that handle the request for profilestore.

There is still delays when new events are added to profilestore and report data will still be delayed.

We do not expect any data loss.

Investigating - At the moment we have delays in event data sent to profiles in Audience. No data is lost but expect some latency in the system.

This may mean that sending reports may show 0 but the sending has gone out to the recipients.

Avoid registering the same sendig again.

Scheduled - Dear customer,

On Wednesday the 16th of November we will perform a firewall maintenance that will result in improved performance of our Email Delivery infrastructure.

The maintenance window will be between 20:00 and 22:00 (CET). Email delivery will be paused during the maintenance and your email sendings may be delayed up to 30 minutes (in case of issues, the delay may be extended for up to 2 hours).

All emails scheduled or triggered during the downtime will be processed immediately after the downtime. Improving our firewall performance will allow us to handle increased email traffic and upgrade our security level.
